The first full-cycle oil refinery in Georgia – a joint project of the Development Fund of Georgia and Black Sea Petroleum LLC.

At the first stage, it is planned to produce three types of products: naphtha, heavy diesel and fuel oil, which are used as raw materials for gasoline, motor oils and diesel, ship fuel, tar, bitumen, etc.

As a result of the investment made at the first stage, an enterprise will be built with an installed capacity of 1.2 million tons of crude oil processing per calendar year. The factory will be equipped with high-tech, modern equipment, which will ensure the production of the highest quality, international standard final products.
