Ioseb Mamukelashvili joined the Fund in December of 2012. From January 2014 to May 2020, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Since May of 2020, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Fund.
Between 2014 and 2019, Ioseb was a Supervisory Board Member of JSC Panex, a manufacturing company in the construction materials industry.
From 2015 through 2016, he worked as the Finance Director of JSC Aero-structure Technologies (Cyclone),a factory manufacturing composite structural components and parts for civil aircrafts (ATC). Since March of 2023, he has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of the above-mentioned company.
From 2011 through 2012, Ioseb worked as an Auditor at the international auditing company, Ernst & Young’s Tbilisi office.
In 2009, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Randolph-Macon College in Virginia, U.S.A. and in 2010 – a master’s degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a financial reporting and assurance specialization. Ioseb is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant in the United States since 2011.
In 2018, he successfully defended the doctoral dissertation at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and was granted a PhD degree in Business Administration.
Ioseb has been an Associate Professor at the Caucasus University and Lecturer at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School in Innsbruck, Austria. He is the author of under 10 scholarly articles and translated one textbook from English to Georgian.
