In accordance with the decision of the Government of Georgia, Guram Dumbadze was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Fund starting May 2026.

Guram Dumbadze is the Head of the Government Efficiency Department of the Administration of the Government of Georgia.

He holds a higher education degree in Business Management, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. He has many years of work experience in public service.

At various times, he worked in the Property Management Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara; he also served 11 years in various positions at the State Audit Office.

From 2021, Guram Dumbadze served as the Head of the Internal Audit Service of the Administration of the Government of Georgia, and in June 2025, he was appointed as the Head of the Government Efficiency Department.

He conducts training at the Public Audit Institute on Risk Management in Public Procurement and Systems Audit

He has experience participating in professional trainings and projects in the fields of audit methodology, public procurement, accounting, and information technology security.
