With the support of the Development Fund of Georgia and Lopota Tour Service Company the Lopota Tourist Complex has been expanded in Kakheti region, eastern Georgia.<\/p>\n
The second phase of the Lopota spa resort expansion project has already been completed in the Kakheti region. As part of the renovated Lopota Complex, an additional 84-room hotel, administration building, 600-seat event hall, restaurant, bungalow, fitness club, indoor and outdoor swimming pools have been built.<\/p>\n
Within the frames of the third phase of the project implemented by the Partnership Fund, construction of the Chateau Buera is underway, which will combine a winery and a restaurant.<\/p>\n
The Lopota complex included 102 hotel rooms before being expanded. The complex currently includes a spa center, a Kakhetian restaurant, a wine restaurant, a lounge bar, open air bungalows, an All Day Dining restaurant, a nightclub, a pool and a variety of entertainment. The hotel has been operating on the market since 2008.
