Besik Bugianishvili, the Executive Director of the Development Fund of Georgia (DFG) held an intorductory meeting with Andrew Jewell, the resident representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for Georgia. Also present at the meeting from DFG, were Vakhtang Jorbenadze, Deputy Executive Director, Ioseb Mamukelashvili, Director of Financial Department and Dimitri Khorava, Director of Investment Department.
At the meeting, Besik Bugianishvili conversed with Andrew Jewell about the institutional changes that have been implemented at DFG as a result of the reforms, as well as DFG’s investment priorities and strategic direction. In turn, Andrew Jewell expressed gratitude to the management of DFG for their hospitality and for sharing information.
These discussions mark the beginning of ongoing work meetings between DFG and IMF’s resident representative for Georgia.
